The wrapper said, "You can do it and you know it".

1. Who knew Halls wrappers now housed inspirational messages?
and
2. It was right.

I'd been wanting to share my love for entertaining, cooking, planning, you name it, (essentially what I like to consider bringing delight to others), for eons. Few things bring me more joy than preparing for that delightful moment of hosting when your guests have that first moment of "WOW!". Maybe it's preparing a welcome gift basket for your sister flying across the country to visit. Maybe it's roping in your friends for a cupcake tasting. Maybe it's throwing the perfect birthday picnic for your best friend in the park. Whatever the occasion, "you can do it and you know it"!

I find there's one key ingredient to being an Everyday Hostess: not stressing. Who has time, (or money), to add gold leaf to invitiations or screen-print napkins? Not me. And if you're reading this, probably not you either. The truth is, no one will remember those napkins anyway. It's about keeping it simple and fun in the midst of all the planning and whimsy. YOU can be an Everyday Hostess too. I promise to help you brainstorm hosting ideas that won't require a blood-pressure check and share my secrets for thowing a no-sweat-soiree. Tally ho!
